You are heir role model and the ones to love them genuinely. ln the day s 24 hours they are at home for the few hours spent in the school. Therefore your responsibility is much more. Home is the place where he/she gets his/her first education and training in citizenship. It is the chief place Where his/her Character is formed. School education indeed promotes the growth of personality and helps discover the qualities that are in Children. In order to secure all that is best in the education of your child, maximum cooperation between the parent and the school is necessary.
Please follow the following points carefully :-
The school gates will be closed 5 min before the school stars. Late comers will not be allowed to enter the school premises. Habitual late comers will be sent home
No student at any time (even on PTMs) shall enter the school campus without proper school uniform.
Personal Profile page in Duplicate should be carefully filled by the parent change of residence should be notified to the school office. Please ensure that your ward caries books according to the time table of the day.
Look into the school diary daily and see that lessons and Home assignments for the day are completed. Remarks in the diary should be seen and counter signed regularly by the parents. Sent Her/him to the class only when you sure that she/he has studies daily lessons.
You are particularly requested to call for and check their answer papers. which are issued after every test to cultivate the habit of reading give the child good books and occasionally see what type of books they read.
Help the child to cultivate the habit of keeping the Books neat & tidy.
You are requested not to vist your ward/teacher in the class room for any Information regarding your child. Contact the school office during school hours
Private tuitions are discouraged .
Whenever the child is absent send a leave letter.
Do not seek leave on examination day. No examinations will be repeated.
Children who are ill should not be sent to school. Once a pupil is come to School they will not be allowed to go home before time.
Once in every term, meet the Principal & discuss about matters regarding the child.
Fix regular study hours at home.
Make sure that the child take proper breakfast at home and send home cooked food snacks/Lunch.
Any Junk food is strictly not allowed in the lunch box. Two napkins should be carried to school everyday.
You are requested to send packed Lunch/snacks with their wards. Food Packets/water bottles will be accepted at the gate/reception.
Be present for every Parent-Teacher Meeting.
Parents are requested to visit the school only in formal outfit.
Parents are expected to be cordial and polite with the school staff even in most taxing situation.
Encourage your ward to participate in all the school programs.
Parents are expected to make their own transport arrangement when ever students have to come before or remain school hours for different activities.
Genuinely & honestly help for the improvement of the student and school.
Discourage your ward in bringing gifts to friends/teachers.
As the medium of instruction is English, Children should be helped to follow their lasses easily by a certain amount of regular conversation in an edifying manner in this language at home.
Avoid delays in depositing school fee.
Encourage your ward to watch channels such as Discovery, National Geo, Zee Educational, News Channels & Useful Documentaries.
Help your ward to go to bed early and Rise early.
